We offer support tailored to your specific organisation, varying from extended warranty on the Hardware components we deploy, up to Software versioning. Effectively, our components are covered by standard warranty and we can offer various commercially available support packages such as :

  • Extended Warranty
  • Support (Dial-in) on 8x5x4 to 24x7x2 basis
  • On-Site support (engineers)

For those regions where Maono is not present we work with a network of registered partners and are able to provide you access to Maono’s knowledge base in a tiered-setup, where the local partner takes up the responsibility to manage the RMA support and L1 priority cases are dealt with directly by Maono/Tauri solutions.
